Its only appropriate to post my new favorite go-to smoothie for spring on this beautiful 75 degree day! 

I handpicked this combo of ingredients to help your body and skin stay hydrated and glowy as the warmer days approach.

This might be the most refreshing smoothie I have ever created and I cannot recommend It enough!

Its anti-inflammatory properties and digestion support are only second to its incredible flavor.

Here's to hoping the sunshine is here to stay!

I n g r e d i e n t s

3/4 cup frozen mango 
1/3 frozen banana 
3/4 cup slice frozen zucchini (presteamed) or frozen cauliflower 
1/2 tsp turmeric 
1 " knob, peeled ginger ( 1 tsp lemon juice to sub) 
2 coconut cream ice cubes ( or two tbsp coconut cream) 
almond milk
Optional: 1 Blender Bomb of choice to be blended in or crumbled on top! 

D i r e c t i o n s
Add all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth and creamy! I prefer a thick smoothie so I add a little almond milk at a time ! Tip: If you have an old blender or It just not blending add a dash hot water and continue!
