Sumo Citrus Immunity Sorbet

My love language is when a dessert is equally as nourishing as it delicious.

This sorbet is packed with powerful antioxidants and vitamin c, making it the perfect healing snack or dessert for the family. 

Scoop and add your favorite toppings or freeze into popsicle molds to help kick any sicknesses before spring! 

Just 3 ingredients and enjoy! 

Sorbet 

5 sumo citrus mandarins, peeled and separated 

2 tbsp honey 

1/2 tsp grated ginger 

pinch sea salt 

 

Chocolate Drizzle 

1/3 cup dairy-free chocolate chips 

2 tsp coconut oil 

 

Peel and separate your citrus. Freeze segments overnight in a sealed container or large ziploc bag. 

Add frozen citrus into a large food processor or high-speed blender. Add honey, ginger, and sea salt, 

Process on high until smooth like sorbet, or until zero clumps remain, scraping sides down as needed. 

If using the drizzle, add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments, stirring well each time, until all melted and smooth. 

Drizzle and enjoy! 

Store leftover sorbet in the freezer.
